Funding for Hedges, Trees and Ancient Trees for farmers and small holders in Wyre......
The Grow With Wyre project, which aims to protect and enhance landscape of the Wyre forest area, wants to talk with landowners, small holders and farmers about the funding we have to support hedge planting, hedge management and management of veteran trees.
If you are not part of HLS we can provide hedgerow plants and grants at HLS rates for hedge restoration and planting to help you to reinstate historic hedges and plant and manage hedges to create woodland linkages.
We have standard native trees to give away and can provide sturdy tree guards to help you establish hedgerow trees and enable more tree planting in hedges.
We can fund management plans for veteran trees, fencing around the tree and the pollarding or other management which the tree may require.
