Bewdley Football Club
Goal
Responding to an identified need to engage young people through sport, the local police service has set up a series of football sessions for the young people of the town (of secondary school age.)
Status - Completed
Description
By engaging young people through sports the relationship between the young people and police officers will be strengthened and youth diversionary activity is provided.
This initiative is fully supported by the County Youth Service who is funding the use of the sports facility.
The police are providing their time free of charge and this project is requested to contribute towards the travel costs.
