Getting noticed on the site

This site contains a directory of local organisations searchable by name or business type. Taking out a listing in the directory:

  • Ensures your business is easy to find from the town's main portal website
  • Can provide a direct link to your own company website
  • Can advertise your business to the local community and visitors directly from banner advertisements which appear at the top of each page

The options available

To ensure your business features in the local directory, choose from one of the following options:

Option 1 – Simple listing: A simple listing in the directory will find your company by name or by trade and bring up basic contact details, including a link to your e-mail address.

Option 2 – Full Directory Listing with web-link:

A full listing in the directory will find your company by name or by business type and bring up your contact details with a brief description of what you do. If you have a company website it can also include a direct link to it from the listing.

  • £25 for one year (£15 listing + £10 description and link)
  • £45 for two years (£27 listing + £18 description and link)
  • £57 for two years (£35 listing + £22 description and link)

Option 3 – Full Directory Listing and web-link with additional Banner Advert:

This really gets your business noticed on the site! In addition to the directory listing, take out the option for a text banner advert. The site selects from a number of adverts randomly each time a page is refreshed. This gives you the opportunity to highlight your business at the top of each page. The advert will link directly to both your full listing, and if you wish, to your own company website.

  • £65 for one year (£15 listing + free description & web-link + £50 description and link)
  • £117 for two years (£27 listing + free description & web-link + £90 description and link)
  • £149 for two years (£35 listing + free description & web-link + £114 description and link)
